Tamping Rammer for Compacting Gravel or Asphalt
Tamping rammer is a compaction machine which has electric tamping rammer and gasoline tamping rammer. It is powered by electric or gasoline, has big vibration force. The electric motor could be three phases or single phase. The gasoline engine has air cooled, single cylinder and 4 stroke. The machine is in small size, light weight, advanced design, compact structure. Heavy shock mount system can reduce operator's hand-arm vibration and improve operator's comfort. Heavy duty throttle control provides more reliable and longer service. Plastic oil tank eliminates corrosion and rust. Vibrator rammer is used to compact sand soil, gravel, grit, crush aggregates, clay, asphalt in narrow confined areas. It is an ideal tool for municipal works, construction sectors or railway engineering.
A electric tamping rammer has black handle, rammer shoe and yellow electric motor, bellow.
TA-1: Electric tamping rammer has low noise and good balance ability.A gasoline tamping rammer has a yellow tank in the same level with machine.
TA-2: Gasoline tamping rammer has bigger vibration force than electric tamping rammer.A gasoline tamping rammer has a orange tank above the machine.
TA-3: Gasoline tamping rammer is used to compact sand soil, gravel and grit.Three gasoline tamping rammers are in front of three wooden cases.
TA-4: The wooden case can ensure the tamping rammer in safe condition.

Body and bellows: precision casting body and polyamine ester bellows.
Gear and box: forging gear is made of pinion steel. Thickness gear box adopt precision casting technology.
Damper: the damper is made of crude rubber.
